Plate Processing

Fabricators Supply offers all forms of first stage plate processing. From a single piece to yearly contracted parts, customers count on us for quick turnaround, quality parts and competitive pricing.

We process 16ga bent plate, up to 6″ drilled plate x 60′ long and everything in between. We have five plasma tables that can handle up to 10′ x 60′ material. We have bevel capabilities of 10′ x 60′. Our drill table offers drilled holes up to 4″ in diameter as well as tapping and countersinking . We have four press brakes (up to 500 ton) capable of bending plate up to 5/8″ x 12′ long and 3/4″x10′ long.

We’ve also added a quickmill drilling/milling center to add capacity and trim lead times to our processing.

At Fabricators Supply, we also have a full CAD department that can take your most complex drawings and engineer to your specifications.

Some of our other processing capabilities include painting, small fabrication and miter cutting.
